Firepit area available except when total fire ban in place by the RFS. For winter we have a woodfired heater in the main lounge

There are plenty of outside spots to choose from. Comfortable seating above the pool area, a breakfast table out the back for the morning sun, a picnic table in the trees for cocktails at sunset, the new sandstone firepit or the new 70sqm covered patio with a large big ass fan to keep you cool

All bedrooms and living areas have ducted airconditioning available. For those more energy conscious the ability to turn on smaller zones exists. Ceiling fans available in 2 of the bedrooms
